Our method

SpilValg evaluates information an adult should be able to verify before visiting a Danish-licensed gambling website. A commercial agreement is never enough on its own.

1. Licence

We check the operator and advertised domain in the Danish Gambling Authority register. A foreign licence does not replace Danish authorisation.

2. Terms and payments

We review material conditions, identity checks, deposits and withdrawals. We never promise winnings or describe gambling as an investment or source of income.

3. Responsibility

18+, risk of loss, ROFUS and StopSpillet must be visible. Material must not target minors or vulnerable people.

4. Commercial transparency

Paid placements and affiliate links are labelled close to the link. Higher compensation must not be disguised as an editorial recommendation.
